Viceroyalties and Claims

At the moment, when a Viceroyalty reverts to the liege, the primary heir of the Viceroy gets a Strong Claim on the title, which can lead to significant issues with them launching wars against the person you give the title to next. Might it be a better idea to remove this?

This is intended, to balance viceroyalties, and not make them the perfect solution to realm stability. Do you think it's too much, or not plausible, or stuff like that ?

That leaves you with a strong claim. You just revoke it again.

If they made people that usurp it into a viceroy instead of a king it would be fine.
