During my recent Roman Empire campaign I've had to employ over twelve Kingdom level Viceroys. When these Exarchs kick the bucket and the throne returns to the Emperor I also seem to inherit 'revolts against the tyranny of x' or 'war for higher council authority in x', not to mention inheriting their Jewish debt, something that does indeed stack.
My question that I submit is if the community thinks this is WAD? I can see the arguements, you have to inherit the problems of your vassals, but Jewish debt? It seemed to me more like the code for a successor taking on the debt but surely in this scenario it should go to his feudal successor. On the point of wars, could we maybe see an event that allows the rebels a chance to white peace on the death of a Viceroy or continue in a new war against their now supreme liege?
