Capital is Columbus, the other two are a guess as I am actually an immigrant from Upstate New York, but I'll guest Toledo for the Mudhens and the Bearcats are what the potheads down in Athens call their teams for Ohio University

Also, I think international law forbade the granting of military access so one country could attack another; if you let an army march through your country to attack your neighbor, you became a party to the war yourself. The same goes for expeditionary forces; you shouldn't be allowed to send them unless you are actually at war with the country they are to attack. Well, Sweden pretty much gave Germany military access in WWII, letting troops use Swedish railways on their way to Norway and yet Sweden still stayed 'neutral', so I'm not so sure about that.

On expeditionary forces, there are several historical examples where nations outside a war sent them, like for instance during the Russian civil war after 1917 (over 20 nations not formally at war with Russia) and the Spanish civil war (Germany sent regular troops while not at war with Republican Spain).

As some fat guy said, "two out of three ain't bad". The Bearcats is the mascot for the University of Cincinnati. But their are a lot of potheads in Athens so I will give you partial credit. On a side note, the boys and girls at Paradox must be proud. This game still has a very good following and I usually don't play with games this long.
