1. We are always start the game from one weird thing. This:
All maps has unaligned and inconvenient connection. Players are forced to start their journey with laying weird road junction. With planning ahead how they will reconstruct it in the far future.
2. In the beginning, we have the slow 1-lane road. As soon as we open the more advanced roads, we hurry to take advantage of them. And become greatly disappointed... Since all the advantages will be lost on a lot of controlled intersections. We have expanded the roads, but traffic jams only intensified. It is illogical!
3. How many people are employed here and in other similar buildings?
What kind of employees isn't enough here?
I need to know. I should to know!
I see shortage of employees, but I don't know where it is.
4. Well. We have 900 of population and can explore the City Policies! Let's try.
Wow! We can save energy for $5 per building! But wait...
First of all I don't know how much is "moderate". Well, let's assume that it is "about 25%".
Next, we produce 1000 KW of green energy only for $10.
That kind of buildings can benefit from saving that cost $5 per building?
Even if no strong winds in the area it can be only a buildings with huge consumption (1000+ KW). But for such buildings so little savings are unusable at all (for example, you spend $10'000 weekly for some building and can save about $1 - $10 using "Power Use" policy for it).
Same issue with water saving. Its useless. We not need to save! Its unprofitable.
5. Also the Water Tower (as a local replacement of the Water Pump) is useless. Because we haven't a local replacement of the Water Drain Pipe.
Useless buildings. Useless road kinds. Useless policies. All of it is a result of unbalanced economy model, that was abandoned in the tail of ToDo List.
Game was greatly expanded during a long time from release date. Huge tasks was successfully completed! But well known annoying little issues still here. I believe that this approach is bad for any project. Many minor flaws spoil the impression of the impressive advantages.

P.S.: Something wrong with rivers... I mean its not a water at all! =))
