Very minor tooltip bug on main menu

When starting a new game, if you hover the cursor over a non-playable nation a tooltip appears telling you that you cannot play muslims.

Whilst that is fine if I am hovering over the Shia Caliphate, for example, it is not logical for the Golden Horde.

Having looked at it, it's in compliance with whatever religion the lord in question adheres to. As there were Muslims within the Horde I believe this to be WAD.
