The Soviet Ship Komintern is listed as a krasni krym class cruiser, but it should be changed to a Bogatyr class protected cruiser.

The ship construction order list for soviet cruisers is also not right, I could correct it if anyone is interested
Make a written suggestion how things should eb changed first, then provide a modification of the file. Above all wait for the devs to comment - it might happen they won't agree with what you have to show either for false historical report or as a possibly unbalancing change. 
The soviets were upgrading and refitting there cruisers in the early 30's, so the its up to the devs what they want for gameplay purposes.
The Komintern & the Chervona Ukrayina are both modified WW1 pretty basic Light Cruisers, with only 5.1" guns (although a lot of them) The base model for the Light Cruiser of this model number is HMS Emerald, which is actually a bit smaller and has fewer guns, although of 6" calibre. I don't think they are really wrongly classified - the stats between the 2 classes aren't that hugely different, to be honest. Possibly more of an issue might be the cruiser "class names" for the Soviets, and indeed possibly the actual cruiser names as well (remember that the Game will not use a name that is already assigned to a ship that exists in the files, even if it is shown as Dormant (eg awaiting construction via event).
