Very good siege feature

Hello! I wish that you would capture provinces without forts faster the more soldiers you had. A single unit will take the standard amount of time, and a very large army can do it in 1-2 days. A modifier could also be the development, as it sort of defines how much has to be put under control (cities, etc.).

The more soldiers, the faster they achieve control of a province. This isnt for forts, but for all the other provinces. As is now, a regiment of 1000 artillery soldiers secure control of any province, desert, or highly developed metropolis, as fast as an army of 100000. How does that make sense?

I see. I've always seen it as the time it takes to bring the province (undefended) under control.
