Version 1.02 - 1933 Scenario and Problem with starting cabinet

Overall, great patch.

However, there is a problem with the starting cabinets in the 1933 Scenario. For example, in Canada, it should be R. B. Bennett as Prime Minister and a Conservative government in power. There is an election in 1935 where the King Liberals come to power. I realize that this is a minor issue, but it is a bit irritating considering the 1933 scenario has King starting as PM.

Hope there will be fixes for these small issues and additional elections for the extended scenarios.
