Is the line in the upper right corner, still supposed to show 1.3a or 1.3b? If 1.3b then where should the 1.3b file be saved to access it?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It will still show you 1.3a in the corner because it isnt a proper patch. You just copy the folders from 1.3b into your HoI folder. It will replace some files. (4 folders are in 1.3b patch If I remember correctly)

winrar is FAR easier to handle, you can extract it to a folder in my experience of 8 year computer winrar is better on ALL fronts then winzip
Nothing, except that for the types of files we are dealing with here, .rar format compresses to roughly half the size .zip would.Klowse Vitts said:
