I also plan to start start a an AAR only about Brandenburg Regiment in WIF, as soon as I understand how to built the regiment.

You don't build the regiment, you get it by an event.

Btw, never saw Hax's post, but no, it won't get an update. I had many more updates before I stopped updating but they are gone.. Formatted my computer.
