Is there any tribe (playable or not) living at Venetae province at the begining of the game (280 B.C. )?

AFAIK, almost every province has it's inhabitants in each of Paradox games. The ones that are unoccupied are simply not advanced enought to count as 'civilized'...

I'm pretty certain we'll see barbarian hordes in Venetae province

I think it is Proto-Slavic tribe known to their Germans neighbours as Veneti (Wends).

There are two Veneti - the pre-Slavonic or proto-Slavonic inhabitants of Poland and the Veneti who lived in modern Veneto in Italy. They may or may not have been related.

I wonder how the map changes when you change the start date. That province or in this case unsettled area, could be settled. Which makes me wonder if tribes will move in off the map and stuff.
