Hi, not sure if this is a bug or just confusing wording, but I notice the total amount of troops my vassals can provide is more than they own... is this a bug, or is it just worded poorly?

Fairly certain this is a vanilla tool tip. Also keep in mind that your vassals do not "own" the troops of HIS vassals. In the future please put any potential bugs in the clearly labeled bug report thread

Yeah, pretty sure the 6077 troops are from his personal demesne, while the rest come from his vassals.
