Hello

I've similar problem with EU2 and EU3. I'm playing small country (my own) and often my allies send me proposition of vassalisation....

I know what are profites of having a vassal. But why should I agree to be vassalised? Do I get any profits? When I think about it and reading that if "Big country" (with vassal) started war, vassal must enter it... But this works on the other side? If someone attack me as vassal of big country I will have 100% propablity that big country help me at war?

I can talk only about EUII but basically, no, you should not get vassalized. You will have to pay a part of your income to your suzerain and he will not help you with wars unless you are part of his alliance.
