Your vassal's revolters join and create Independence factions even though they are not eligible to declare war against you.

It's trivial to reproduce as it happens consistently whenever a vassal revolts against your vassal and the revolter has a low opinion of you. When the Independence War activates these faction members drop out of the faction immediately since they are still revolting and not eligible to declare war against you. Is this by design? A way to increase revolt chance?

On a related note your vassals will start hating you more (and joining factions against you) since they will desire the counties/duchies of these revolters who are listed as your vassals when they really shouldn't be. You cannot transfer these back to your vassal because they are in revolt.
