vassal option not available in peace deal after patch

I was playing on a florence game in the old patch and today a new patch came out after i installed that and ignored the 'not the same version' error.

When i check the peace deal i do not have the option to vassalize the other countries.

I have the same issue, also after starting from a save game coming from 1.31.1, however, in my case, the war was started AFTER loading the game. It was a war with a conquest CB. Because of this, I doubt it related to the save game itself, but is probably some new bug related to the Vassalize bug "fixes".

Yep, same here with Castile(Spain) - In fact I tried loading up a new game and Vasilize is not an option on any country anymore
