I'm playing with the latest patch but NOT with the latest DLC. I have to ask if this is WAD as I see it happen 100% of the time.
In 1.06 when I raised a vassal's levies from a castle (a baron in my demesne for example) - the garrison of the castle was reduced. As I recall both green and red bars moved to the left.
In 1.07 the garrison doesn't change when I raise its levies so the men I raise appear to be in two places at the same time, in my army and defending the holding. Is this really WAD?
In fact, I only see Capital garrisons ever being depleted by levying, never holdings within the county (the same holds true for the AI).
Also, the tooltip for the Feudal Law that allow Maximum Levies from your vassal doesn't match with what I see in game. When I have 100 Opinion with a Baron I can only raise 50% of his levies, not 100% as the tooltip implies. I seem to recall being able to raise 100% in 1.06.
