Hi!

0I'm in a khazaria playthrough and ran out of hordes to conquer. I'm now expanding westward into europe, but am having a hard time with the feudal vassals. It seems i cannot grant kingdom-tier vassals to people with other government types, so how can i handle the vassal limit only with dukes as vassals? If i grant enough duchies to a single ruler, would he be able to create the respective kingdom-title by himself?

Why have the weak and soft cowards in your realm? Let your horses graze amongst the shattered stones of their homes-letting them hide like children under you permits them to scheme and plot against your rule, and takes up land that your people could use.

It gets lonely in the steppe...

Give them to your Khans, so they can manage them themselves. But then they might have fancy ideas of overthrowing you thanks to their extra levies.

edit: also Khans with feudal dukes and counts are pita to take down, cause those holdings count in warscore and you have to siege them all.
