I would suggest adding an option to request transferring trade power from the subject to the overlord in vassal interaction interface. It would of course risen the liberty desire of vassal.
Other thing is forcing conversion. Unlike forcing religion in a peace treaty or by the HRE emperor interaction, forcing religion of vassal does not change the religion in their capital. Why is that so? Also I find quite confusing, that while you can vassalize and force religion of small nation in the peace deal it would not result in increased liberty desire, but only vassalizing and then forcing religion will.
