Vassal feeding in 1.8

I know you can feed vassals by first giving them the sieged province and then in peace deal they get the province but this will lead to OE for the vassal so i'm asking can i still sell province(s) to the vassal after a peace deal? Or does the "yeah, they have 8% OE, you can't sell jack**** to them until they core" rule still apply?

It still applies. You have to be very careful as well when giving them land. An OE vassal is not going to be able to help you as much in wars if they are constantly inefficient due to OE and rebels.
