Vassal control needs massive improvements

After playing a great game with Austria.

I decided that i wanted to expand with a lot of puppets, let them do the heavy work with wars.
Which i feel is a very fun way to play.
So i can focus on other stuff and have money left for other interesting thing.

But what really gutted my interest in this game is the lack of Vassal Management


I cant chose their ideas
I cant chose if i want them to focus on development
I cant see their Monarch points(if they have some lol)
I cant chose what i want them to spend their money on
They cant move over the straits to England, no matter how much i tried
There should be a permanent loyality modifyer when you build up their country, so if they start with 0 buildings and i immediately build everything in their country they should be loyal like forever.

these are just some improvements, im sure there are many more interesting things from other players.

you forget to mention that they give your rivals millitary acess, e.g. Byzantium giving Ottomans acess if you deny should not be a thing. (It is obviously the other party asking, but they should not get it for their own good^^.)
