Vassal and diplo-annex questions

1.Vassalship is a stronger form of RM, So no!, But also why would you need one?
2.Have them break the vassalage!
3.No way to add cultures except by event. ( you can lose them this way as well! )

The reason I would want a RM is to diplo-annex them. The reason I wanted to do that was to see if their culture would be added to my own, but it doesn't.

You do not need a RM to diplo annex!
Just the ability to have one if they were not your vassal.

Kick the out of your alliance.
when someone recuits them to thiers, DOW their new ally.
Have low relations.
Ask to annex them.

I didn't realize you could annex without a RM. That's good to know.

No you do not gain a CB for that. But you may have one already against the recruiter or you can manufactor one with them, or just eat the stability and DOW without a CB.
