So in my demesne counties I notice that when I have Feudal Levies set to Maximum in my Empire, I only get 50% of my vassal Baron's levies. His Opinion of me is at 100. Was it always this way? I thought you'd get 100% of his levy.
Also it seems that with the new Levy system - these levies are coming out of thin air. When I hover over a vassal's holding after levying all the troops in a county, the troops in the holding still show up as maximum 1299/1299 for example. This would mean that someone else sieging this holding would be sieging a fully populated holding even though I've levied half the troops.
