vass Castille, does it remain when Spain?

Quick question for anyone that's "been there, done
that" -- if you Force-Vassalize Castille, does that
vassilization "hold", after they become Spain, and
after they assimilate Aragon??

Yes, all diplomatic conditions of CAS, RM vassalage, alliances, etc, are inherited by SPA when formed from CAS.
