Definitely one of the coolest concepts in the game. Lets you RP as a character out of "The Last Kingdom" or "Vikings." One thing that I would suggest would be deciding on which county will be your capital and then also auto-converting the culture to Norse. Essentially you and your household and gathered peoples relocate to another place, this should convert the culture of the capital of the new place you settle to Norse. At least the capital, I can understand the rest of the duchy remaining with its original culture, but if you are moving a new population into the area it only makes sense. Would give the "New Homeland" feel. Maybe also allows for a new norse building to be constructed regardless of whether feudal or tribal such as a longhouse. Also, the tribal mechanic would benefit if you could build say norse log forts or something of that nature and by doing so converting the cultures of the area. I would also suggest allowing for more character traits in the game for characters. "Viking" should be more easily attainable if you are norse. Adventurer, blademaster, strong, robust, berserker, all of these should either be more easily attainable or more common for the norse. Still waiting for a DLC that makes the whole map just a map of the North sea, giving counties far more holdings. A very zoomed in map where baronies are essentially the new county size and so forth. Allowing you to really settle an area and start from scratch at building a kingdom. Put in way way more building options and customizations. Allowing you to customize and equip your own troops with weapons and armor, having to supply the materials from your lands. Imagine the whole map being just as large as it currently is, but instead its just Britain and some of Scandinavia. Maybe throw in Normandy too. And then so it would be the same size map, it would just have baronies instead of counties. The old counties would essentially be duchies or earldoms as they were called I think. Just really zoomed in map making more use of the land. A barony for example, if the lands were large, could have several holdings, such as a fort, town, and temple, just like in real life. Please make this dlc. or allow us to mod it.
