Blondie's is in Semmonia according to himself on stream.

Rod is north of the alps and in Europe according to what Jake managed to get him to accidentally reveal in a dev clash a few weeks back.

KaiserJohan is in Byzantion, or if not there then in one of the other small states around the Bosphorus. But pretty sure it was Byzantion.
We saw that in the Emperor's at War stream as the Thrace player flogged KJ to death early game and ended up paying dearly for it.
