I don't know if that has happened to you, but sometimes one of my manufacturies vanishes without a single explanation (no earthquake or fire or anything) and I have to build it up again. What happened?

Allegedly, if a province containing a manufactory gets looted (by enemy troops, rebels, or by your own army trying to re-take it) the manufactory gets torched. This has never happened to me yet, but maybe I've just been lucky.

There is no such place. If a fire can break out in the Yukon during the winter....it will.

Ya well you play with random events off so ya I suppose you can manage it when there is nothing to manage.

I had that very often, too. Your province needn't be seiged, just looted.
Is it right that a weapons manufactory has a higher chance of being destroyed?

Who'd want to build one anyway? Breweries and trade, that's where the money is.![]()
