well was playing with 1.05 a bit earlier and suddenly my intrigue councilor just vanished and only message I had is there 's empty seat among councilors nothing more no sign of death nothing strange really

That sounds strange, however it will be hard to track down without any means of reproduction (save games, screenshots, IDs). If you happen to come across any, please update us!
I've seen this happen before and it is usually because your councillor's spouse dies. The councillor is available to be reappointed and he doesn't have the "fired from council" relationship modifier so I see it as more of an irritant than anything.
You also have the opportunity to cancel your obligation to the council (if you are member of one), thus your council members have the same possibility - and they use it. But normally they won't vanish from your court and you can engage them directly after it. Would be great, if your courtiers also can refuse your "call for the council" as you can in some occasions...
Well when I wrote "vanished" I didn t check if he came back to my court or not thing I m absolutly sure is that he left councillor position without any warning and no message of death either for him or his wife
