Vanilla vs Utopia

Question: If I own all the DLC, and host a multiplayer game with friends whom only own the base game (no leviathans, no utopia, ect)

What do they have access to? since the game was generated from my account.

Will they be able to hunt down leviathans?

What Utopia features will be available to the Vanilla players? Will I be the only of my friends that can use unity? or build megastructures?
