One line summary of your issue
When using the dark blue color as my player faction, vangaurd trooper colaration is odd, its blue/red/pink

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

When playing with the Dark blue faction color, troopers coloration is all over the place, unlike when I play with say yellow - they look yellow where they should.

Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue
Select a vangaurd leader with dark blue faction colors, and select a trooper to view it.
