I tried searching before posting but couldnt seem to find any answers. So my apologies if this is general knowledge.

  1. How can I spread vampirism?
  2. If I am a vampire, and I have a child, is the child a vampire?
  3. How can I become a vampire if I am not already?
  4. Are there any plans for vampire specific buildings? IE: Think count harkon.
  5. If I become a "known vampire", why would the hidden vampires hate me?
  6. How can I become a necromancer?
  7. Idea: Decision to travel in secret as a vampire(hiding in caves) and infecting others in random provinces to wreak havok?
  8. Idea: Ability to gain a thrall?

Thanks for the help and I love the mod!

I don't know if all the information I am giving is correct or not, so anyone is free to correct me if I'm wrong.

How can I spread vampirism?

As far as I recall, I believe you have options to feed upon villagers (Sometimes counts towards Count or Dukes as well), or prisoners. You have a small percent of infecting someone during theses events (Or getting killed / injured). I think if you don't feed for a while, you'll go into a feeding crazy and attack people in court (Another infecting chance, chance of getting injured / killed, or becoming known).

If I am a vampire, and I have a child, is the child a vampire?

I believe it is random chance. I once played as an Argonian, who married someone with a strange trait (Or they got it later) and they were a werewolf. They had a son and the son somehow also had the strange trait, which I assumed was also werewolf. I never got infected for some reason, but it soon turned out that my son was a vampire. So he got got infected by another vampire or it was just random chance.

How can I become a vampire if I am not already?

I'm not entirely too sure regarding this. I think the best way is to marry someone with the strange trait (50/50 they are vampire or werewolf), and wait to be attacked / fed upon. You can also try to clense out vampire / werewolf infestations within your proviences with a chance of getting infected or getting killed. You'll get an event when you are infected, you'll have options to embrace it and the religion behind it, keep it secret or kill yourself. You can also look for the events within the game folders for the mod, and run one of those to become a vampire.

Are there any plans for vampire specific buildings? IE: Think count harkon.

I remember Elder Kings having race specific / religion buildings in eariler builds (Such as Argonian Hist) but they were removed for some reason if I recall, probably due to bugs and being unable to build them as a player (Always say only AI could build them). It might be included in a future update.

How can I become a necromancer?

Necromancer if I recall, is a specific cult / religion somewhere in the world. There's no Necromancer training or such, so you'll probably have to join one of the daedric cults to sort of become a necromancer as it is a trait. You could also roll a mage / battlemage for an added bonus to make it happen.

Strange trait has no longer nothing to do with vampires/werewolves.

To get spread vampirism, feed upon your cattle/villagers, or download my mod Vampirism Enhanced to infect your prisoners, spouses, lovers and children!

The child will not be a vampire!

You can go clean provinces with vampire infections! Or download my mod Vampirism Enhanced and get the ruler customizer DLC and make yourself a vampire from the start!

The hidden vampires will hate you because you blew your cover and made people suspicious of vampires!

You can become a necromancer by being a lvl2-> mage or a high level 4 battlemage/priest/nightblade with a high level learning score, either ambitious, cruel, ruthless, tyrant, envious, reckless or impaler. Not just, kind Meridia cultist or necromancer. Then there is a chance you get a event to make you a necromancer!

Not quite. There are acutally two possibilties to become a necromancer:

For the first, you need a child with a mage education. Then there's a chance that this child will join the mage guild in Cyrodiil. After some time, your child will return to your court and and event will fire that describes what happend during his days at the Arcane University. One possible event converts your child to the Necromancy Cult religion and gives him the Necromancer trait.

For the second way to become a necromancer, you need to be a mage (possibly a high level mage) and have the "Scholar" trait. This enables an event that gives you the necromancer trait. This event is pretty rare, however.

It's possible that there are more events that let you become a necromancer, but I guess those are the two most likely to happen.

There are no others. You also completely ignored my previous self-whoring comment that explained that mostly
On the other news, nice necro
