In my latest campaign, I (cheated) for the immortality trait (or rather, I cheated to initiate the event and then save scummed it until I passed) and was ruling my empire when my spy-master kept trying to defend "us" from vampires. I found out later that this was a Conclave event, but I thought it was pretty funny when my spymaster kept making me drink holy water and garlic, in context.
Maybe they should legitimately start questioning the ruler who has lived for hundreds of years. It would be amusing to actually get events where people start suspecting you of being a vampire.
