Yes, but this does not exactly work very well for the history files... infact, recently someone did an experiment, 10 sarenas, exact same history files... 2 were young, 8 were old.

I wasn't proposing a fix for the history files, I've never been able to make heads or tails of those.

It's just a workaround for regular near tech illiterate people like myself to use until an actual fix can be found.

Every time I start a new game I make a save on day 1 just to get this out of the way.

I noticed playing with your vampire traits if you went from secret vampire to known getting the known trait would change your appearance. I saw a man looking young get an old appearance because he was 80 when he became a known vampire.
I dont think this would have anything to do with Sarena though. >.<

If they're young when they get the trait they can have children forever.

A woman who becomes a vampire at 22 is biologically 22 forever (Unless she's revealed which can mess some things up)
