So the provinces each have their percentage when being captured right? And one value when being demanded. I would like to know how to change the value on the provinces when demanding them (making the percentage smaller), without changing it in value (the war percentage "slider"). Another thing, would be to make it more valuable to hold the capitol and make it easier to ask for vassalage (for example if you have defeated their army and captured their capitol, you should not have to capture every colony in addittion...). Would just like to know how to do this, which files, etc...
