Value of monarch

hi there, I'm trying to develop a RP-system based on monarch skills (ADM, DIP, MIL).

I want to know what are the boundary of their value (max and min).

And did someone did a distribution of their value?

Max is 9 and min is 1, except that with full aristocracy, DIP can get up to 11.

Monarch-stats are generally given skills in the range 0-9.

If someone did a distribution I don't know, ask binTravkin. He, if any, should know.

ok, thanks to both of you. I thought that the base value was higher than that. I happy I asked it. Any consencus for the minimum ? 0 or 1 ?

There are monarchs, at least in AGCEEP, that has 0-values.

binTravkin is making an ID-database of all events, monarchs and leader here. Send him a PM or make a post in the thread and he might know.
