There's apparently a few titles that you can grant but suddenly get lost for no reason. It's exploitable because you can use this to crank anyone's loyalty to 100. Someone's (already!) posted a fix in the bugreports forum.

Do you mean that you assign a title to a specific AI-based individual, and the title vanishes? Does the AI lose the office as well, or is it just the title associated with the office?
