VAE VICTUS won't WORK! Corrupts game

EU:Rome works fine thru patch 1.3, but, when I install Vae Victus and it's patch I get this:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled EVERYTHING THREE TIMES to make sure I am installing everything right. And each and everytime I get to Vae Victus (even tried it without Vae Victus patch ONE time) I get this same error.

Now why would EU:Rome work just fine and then the expansion turn out this way. I even downloaded it THREE times as well and the patch. I want my money back please if there is no fix.
