I tryed to run te vae victis update, but the program says that Vae Victis isn't installed. ¿What can I do?

Which version of the game do you have? There 's the common digital Vae Victis but there's also a boxed version for the spanish market. For your nickname, I guess there's a chance you may be in the 2nd group. If that's the case, check this post in the spanish Rome subforum, there's a 2.2 version for the spanish boxed release from Friendware.

Also, if you want access to the Tech Support forum, you'll need to register your base EUR game, having the VV expansion registered isn't quite enough
