Vae Victis Won't Load

First off, I apologize for posting this here, as I did not find a bugs forum.

Secondly, when I try to open the game after installing Vae Victis, it won't load and I get this:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

This application has failed to start because the application configuartion is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have re-installed both Rome and VV and it still does this.

Furthermore, when I clcik on "Technical Support" on the introductory game menu, as well as when I click anyhting in this forum that I can only logically assume has been moved to said bug forum which I cannot find, I get this:

BTW I believe it's Rome you need to register, not VV, to see the tech support forum.
