Despite having full naval superiority over the North Sea (a total of 190% coverage between air and naval), the AI-controlled UK has still been able to send amphibious landings through to Northwest Germany. Completely unescorted landings, even. Adding to the weirdness, as seen in the accompanying screenshot they're able to simultaneously attack my shore defenses with troops while their landing craft are being engaged by my defending ships.

I've included a savegame from the same game where the assaults are going on. (This has been happening repeatedly.)

Active DLCs: Historical German Portraits, Poland: United & Ready, British Tanks Unit Pack, French Tanks Unit Pack, German Tanks Unit Pack, Heavy Cruisers Unit Pack, Rocket Launcher Unit Pack, Soviet Tanks Unit Pack, US Tanks Unit Pack

Mods: Coloured Buttons, More Division Icons, Unique Infantry Equipment (All three are graphical tweaks and do not affect checksum or ironman viability)

Reproduction Steps: In my experience, just play as a country that has a coastline and is fighting another country that has amphibious warfare technologies. Regardless of whether or not they have naval superiority, they seem to be able to launch an amphibious attack at will. First warnings will come up saying that a certain state is being targeted, and then warnings that there is a severe threat, and then eventually either your navy will intercept loads of transports en route to the target area or else your defensive forces will fight off a landing.

Human players can do this too. It's because of two things, firstly air supremacy gives naval supremacy so ships are not needed, and secondly, naval supremacy is not a competition, so you can have 100% naval supremacy and your enemy can also have 100% naval supremacy.

So i'm pretty sure this is just terribly thought-out mechanics, not a bug.

Players can do it aswell. U just need Air superiority above sea.

Human players can do this too. It's because of two things, firstly air supremacy gives naval supremacy so ships are not needed, and secondly, naval supremacy is not a competition, so you can have 100% naval supremacy and your enemy can also have 100% naval supremacy.

Check the screenshot, though. On the tooltip, it shows that I also had 100% air supremacy in that area. The enemy had neither air nor sea supremacy in the area; that's why it was colored green for naval supremacy. If the enemy has even air naval supremacy, it would've been colored red, meaning they had control. They didn't.

And again on the screenshot, it shows the total number of ships in the area. I had 29, they had 3. Not 100% on both sides by any case. That's why I included the screenshot, to add the extra information the game was giving me.

This feature is bugged, so its not matter that u have air superiority.
