Played as military dictatorship, and had a situation that I only had 1 admiral and no influence points to hire another one. Elections still passed and I ended up having no one as a ruler, the game says I have one, but there's no picture, no name, no traits, no age. I doubt it can even die, so there'll be no elections ever again.
The dlc's I have are just Arachnoid portrait pack and Creatures of the void, so basically just the stuff from preorder.
I have no mods installed.
Well to reproduce this:
1. Play as military dictatorship.
2. Let the ruler die.
3. Have no other eligable candidates.
(4. Maybe have not enough influence points to hire new candidate, think it can effect it too.)
I have no savefile for this, since I moved on and changed my government type to another and new ruler was generated.
I'm not the only one who encountered it. For screenshots and more info, descriptions, thoughts and links to another bug reports on this problem (etc.) please visit this thread.
