From patch notes:
* Fixed an issue where the AI would not enslave any Pops

As I can see in my current game nothing changed. AI does not manage slaves. Pops that work on energy/research are still enslaved, pops that work food/minerals are not enslaved. AI literally do nothing with slave status.

Just out of curiosity, does the AI still do this on a fresh game? I know that we don't want to lose our saves, but I'm just curious if this is related only to saved games or if it still happens from a fresh game too.
