Hello, I noticed a small bug with new diplomatic pop up.

If unidentied empire declare rivalry on an already known empire, we can see its name and "govern type" next to its image. Its small bug, but breaking the immersion

Also when they declear war, that's how I find out the one empire never made first contact is FE.
