v1.02 [fc5e] Construction ship keeps building after retreat

Description: Construction ship keeps building after being attacked by pirate station, does not retreat automatically, so i manually retreat, it jumps to another system, but keeps building the station. Se gamesave, it will finish the station while being in another system.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Don't have a savegame for reproduction


Observe: Look at the Construction ship.

+1 to this; just noticed it and was about to post my own report.

Retreating a construction ship causes the ship to jump away, but doesn't interrupt its construction task.

Great way of dropping a Frontier Outpost inside the borders of a race you've yet to make contact with.
