Description: I had a system assigned to a sector. This system had a species that achieved space flight and became a new empire. Visually, this system part of the new empire and is not part of the sector anymore, nor is it selectable or removable from the sector it was part of, but it's giving me the "System not connected to Sector" error in reference to this system. I assume this means in the background it's still considered part of the sector somehow.

The save is from launch (v1.0.0?), then opted into the beta hotfix, and now I'm on the most recent version.

DLC: The only DLC I have is "Creatures of the void portrait pack."

Mods: I am not using any mods.

Reproduction:
  1. Start the game, wait until the Early Space Age primitives in Pennek system achieve space flight and become a new empire.
  2. Create a new sector with nearby system Bal Durk, thereby disconnecting the system Pennek from the Duhr sector it was under.
Observe: "System not connected to a sector" error to pop up.

Attachments: a screenshot of the error, a save before the primitives became an empire, and a save after they became an empire.
