Description: When saving a game, and loading it back up again, all stars have dropped down to equal level, at about half the maximum lower distance

Reproduction Steps:
  1. Start the game
  2. Start a new game
  3. Go to the galaxy view
  4. Save the game
  5. Exit to main menu
  6. Load the save game just made
  7. Go to galaxy view

Observe: When a new game is made, all the stars have a random height, when the save game is loaded, all stars have dropped down and are at the same height just below the hexagon that indicates location.
