v1.0.1 (f680) No Fourth International

Been playing through 1936-1939 as the Soviet Union twice without starting the Purge to have Trotsky show up... and I get no event in 1938 for the fourth international.

Been playing with cosmetic mods, but nothing that changes checksum.

As far as I can tell, the fourth international has in fact fired, at least in that save.
Unfortunately, the follow up event that should get you in trouble with Trotsky is currently bugged.
