v1.0.1 (4d15) Achievement: Clever Girl does not trigger

Not sure, if I did everything correctly:

• Found a pre-sient species (see screenshot 1), build observation post, started the uplift.
• Uplift completed and they become my vassal (see screenshot 2).
• Caveat: the uplifting was started before I assigned the system to one of my sectors. Still I got all the status-updates on the progress though.

Hi!
I believe you Enlightened, not Uplifted.

Enlightened is with Observation posts, Uplifting is when they're pre-sentient and you have to do it through selecting their race via the window (I think second button from the left at the top pannel?) where you can see Empires/Races.

As Zayvi said, You need to uplift pre-sentient species. I have done it twice and got the achievement.

Similar "problem" to this. I was in a Federation when my new vassal popped into existence - which yielded me the Birth of a Federation achievement, despite not having "founded" the Federation. Apparently it's enough if you bring a new member in. Or it was the fact that I became president of that federation at about a similar time...

Now still have to get that Clever Girl achievement ... and got it from the species list on F3 (I uplifted cockroaches on the blasted third planet - a Tomb World - of a system called Sol).
