The mod menu gets screwed up in Windows when using magnification. It seems that the menu selections are off. I have not tried without the magnification (can't restart now). But my resolution is 1920x1080. The only difference being that I have magnification on medium. It may be a little hard to see, but the upper right area image is where you can see the menus off.
