Dear Mr. Nibbles et al,
Whenever a spaceport in your empire's home system finishes, it lists both the "actual" name (e.g. "Gelbgarten"), and then a generic name (e.g. "Crescim III").
However, my sun has been renamed "Sonnen", so I would expect the tooltip to say either "Sonnen III" or repeat "Gelbgarten", rather than Crescim III.
It seems likely that Crescim was the name generated for the star and then when the empire was placed, its names were overwritten, leaving a few references like these.
No mods / DLC.
