Why the Germans only have Panzer III H-L (50mm) in "Fall of the Reich"? At the end of 1943 Germans got Panther V, Tiger I and off course Panzer IV but ingame you have to discover the tech to build them, i dont mean germans must have too many divisions with panthers and tigers but 3 or 4 divisions of Panzer IV and 1 of Panthers/Tigers coud be more realistic.

(I really hate those damn ruskies and his industry and manpower)

So far Steeleagle
Actually I think it needs more than that. The event needs to be for VIC to give them the option whether to join. The action_a should probably fire another event for FRA to do the inherit properly.

Nighty,

Are you sure that my new events are in the latest stony patch? I downloaded the patch but I could not find my events. I sent you a copy of my Germany and Italy events. I left out my England events since I am not sure if you like them.

Nighty,

Are my events causing a data mismatch? If they are please email me with which event numbers I can use. What you can do to see how the events work is attach them to a reguar road to war and see how they work. While I am here do you want me to use the England events to reduce surplus resorcesor stick with the German events to reduce surplus resorces and finish the events for Japan and Italy.

Alright now I'm confused again (sorry...). Should I download both the sprite pack and v0520, or is the sprite pack included in the new version? Furthermore, if I do move my savegame and play it under v0520, will that disable some of the changes? Finally, when I install v0520, should I overwrite the old v0507 stony road, or install to a new directory?

Hi

The sprites are all contained in the Stony Road Package, no need to extra get the spritepack then.
Your savegames should work, but you do not need with installing, it will choose a different directory and you can still use both versions (0507 and 0520)

Hey N!ghty. I've noticed that if you uninstall 0507 after installing 0520 (using WinXP) then some file is missing (a palette) when you try to load 0520. It gets fixed after re-installing 0520.

Weird. I just wanted to let you know. :)

Hi N!ghty,

After installing your sprite zip, I get a database mismatch;

"Palette 'GFX\palette\DEF5.BMP' not found"

This is probably my mistake, as I have reinstalled HOI recently and updated it with CORE 0.2, maybe there is a sprite in 0.2 that is not in your zip?

Can I add a DEF5?

Yes, reinstall the M26 Pershing, the def5 belongs to it. But still i cannot imageine how you managed to delete it ..

As for Procer, yes, maybe one of the sprites uses a standard palette, gets copied there on install and gets deleted with uninstall then...

I've removed HoI, reinstalled the game, installed patch 1.04, and then installed Stony Road v0520.
This creates a shortcut on my desktop, called "Stony Road Multimod v0520", which upon clicking produces this message : excel file not found.

What did I do wrong?

1943 scenario...

Played the 43 scenario for a while. Managed to keep the allies and the USSR our fairly easy. Norway was already taken b England which isnt correct. It stayed in German hands until the end of the war with 400.000 man garrison if I rmember correctly. Also Finland is not in the war when the scenario starts, they were not kicked out until 1944. Germany has no AA in western Europe nor any fighters. I think they should have some. Allied strat is really devastating at the start but once you get the 162's youre fine. Werent they called 262 scwhalbe? Otherwise an interesting time to start a scenario but it could use some adjustments...

What did I do wrong?

You may have installed the mod in the wrong folder. HoI's folder should be ...\Hearts of Iron\ Point the installation files there. But first you may want to delete your current Stony Road 0520 folder, wherever it got installed in the first place.

Good luck.

Someone pls correct me if i am wrong.
